How much does it cost to replace the windows in a 50–60 m² flat?
Replacing the windows in an average two-room flat of 50–60 m², with five positions, costs about 152,698 RSD (≈ 1,300 €) with us — 124,860 RSD (≈ 1,063 €) for the PVC windows and 28,308 RSD (≈ 241 €) for installation. The full calculation is below, position by position, so you can see where every euro comes from.
Example: a two-room flat of about 55 m²
A typical layout: four windows and one balcony door. VEKA 70, a five-chamber profile, MACO hardware, a double low-E glazed unit, white. The prices include VAT.

The prices are for white and for double glazing. Decorative foils and RAL colours are on request.
Installation: 3,524 RSD (≈ 30 €) per square metre
We charge installation at 3,524 RSD (≈ 30 €) per m² of opening. For this flat that is 8.02 m² × 3,524 RSD (≈ 30 €) = 28,308 RSD (≈ 241 €).
That price includes removing and carrying out the old windows, setting the new position plumb, anchoring, foaming and sealing the joint, adjusting the hardware, and taking the waste away. Our own teams do the installation.

Plastering and painting the reveals is not included in the installation price. That is a job for a tradesperson who comes after us.

With roller shutters, insect screens, external sills, and window boards, the same flat comes to about 266,634 RSD (≈ 2,270 €). Each extra sash on a window is +4,698 RSD (≈ 40 €).
